goals for the school year
lol school starts in a week for me. ive got some goals for personal shit and for weight so whoopdeedoo here we go. (DISCLAIMER: THIS IS FOR ME AND ME ONLY DO NOT FEEL OBLIGATED TO DO THIS, IM HARD ON MYSELF AND IM MEAN TO MYSELF WHEN IT COMES TO MY DISORDERED TENDENCIES YOU DO NOT DESERVE TO GO THROUGH IT!!!!!!! STAY SAFE BABIES)
personal:
- make new friends, new schools are hard but you need to make new, GOOD friends so you won’t be miserable out of your mind
- get a 4.5 minimum (i have 5 weighted classes this year, basically getting all A’s and 1 B)
- get 8 hours of sleep MINIMUM. this means going to bed at 10pm SHARP. if work doesn’t allow, make sure you’re asleep as soon as you get home.
- do your damn homework
- i know you become unmotivated if something is challenging. if this happens, remember that life is a challenge and it’s okay to fuck up. but don’t just settle. you can and will succeed if you just try a little harder.
- do not give up when something is hard.
- become content. although it’s okay to be sad, being content is so important.
- allow yourself to feel what you are feeling. hiding your emotions and stuffing them in the back of your mind will only make them stronger and worse.
- put yourself first. don’t allow people to treat you like shit. you’re so much better than that.
- you have depression. you have anxiety. you can’t control that. what you can control is how you let it affect you. do not let it overcome you. you are not your mental illnesses.
weight loss:
- by the first day, your gw is 120. 7 days 5 lbs. hard but not impossible.
- by the end of september, your gw is under 115. lots more time to lose 6 lbs. do it.
- by Halloween, 105. 10ish lbs in a month? easy. make it happen.
- by Christmas, under 100. you got it? good.
- by the end of the year, 90. if you’re not there, don’t make fucking excuses. you failed. get it together.
- to liquid fast once a week
- to get “wow you’ve lost weight!” asap
- to eat under 800 on any given day. 600 on school days.
- to skip lunch mon-fri (snacks only, if you’re desperate)
- to be tiny.
these are not rules, just guidelines i’ve set for myself so i can look back at the end of the year and see which goals i’ve met☺️
